This is an old fashioned French town house with 2 double bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen diner.It is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of historic Montreuil with its restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. 

Each bedroom has a king size bed.Bed linen can be provided for £25.00; the cost of laundry.

The sitting room has two large leather sofas and there are games and books.There is a television with DVD player,which also plays CD's.
The kitchen /dining area has a good size table and four bentwood chairs with seat cushions.

There is a covered outside area for an al fresco meal or a drink (but not for sunbathing as it only gets a little sun).
Parking is free on the street.

The house is comfortable but old and quirky, with winding stairs and not suitable for young children.

There are several designated walks around the surrounding countryside from 5 to 15 kilometres.The walk round the ramparts is minutes away and easily accessible from the house.The river Canche is a short walk away.  

Within 10 minutes drive is a large Le Clerc supermarket, which sells everything from clothes to crevettes, including a large choice of beers and wines.

It is a super location and gives easy access to roads for many of the main locations such as Le Touquet, Etaples and  St Omer. The train station is a few mins walk where you can catch the train to Paris via Etaples.The lively town of Le Touquet is 20 minutes drive away with its casino, golf club and beautiful silver beaches.

The price is £420 a week except where indicated.
