Modern W.C/Shower Room with power shower, tiled floor and compact washing machine.

A beautifully restored dining area with exposed wood beams, stone walls, tiled floor and a large wood burner (wood provided), it has a large dining table & 6 chairs.

Large lounge area with natural wood flooring, 2 x large sofas and coffee table.  28 inch flat screen TV with video & DVD players.  Double patio doors lead onto the sun patio.

UPSTAIRS

A polished pine stairway leads into a large hallway with alcove.

Master Bedroom.  Extremely Large room with king size bed and child's single bed.  Antique triple wardrobe gives you lots of storage space there is also a pine chest of drawers and pine bedside tables.  Two velux windows overlook the garden area.

Double Bedroom.  Double bed and child's single bed, complete with double wardrobe and bedside table, a lovely large, airy room.

All the furniture is New antique pine and no expense has been spared on fixtures & fittings.

All we ask is that you provide your own bed linen, towels, flannels and food!!
