It is priced from  £245  - 350 for upto 4 people or you can stay on a bed and breakfast basis for just 35 pounds per night per room - max 4 persons. Available October to April.

BED AND BREAKFAST guests have use of a large games room with a pool table, football table, playstation, electronic dart board.  There is a mezzanine lounge next to the bedrooms with a TV for watching DVD.s and another in the games room for videos.  Breakfast is served in the main dining room which has exposed stone walls, beams and a large granite fireplace.

BED AND BREAKFAST guests have the choice of a large double room with washbasin and or a twin room with washbasin Both rooms are upstairs.  These rooms have exclusive use of the bathroom on this floor. The owners accomodation is separate on the other side of the house.

SELF CATERING
The house has been fully renovated and is well furnished and very comfortable. Long term rental is available from October to April - from only £135 per week plus bills minimum 4 week stay. Excluding Xmas and New Year
 
It has a large Kitchen/breakfast room which is fully equipped with all appliances. It also has a woodburner and 2 comfy armchairs.
 
Upstairs there is a Double Bedroom with an En Suite Shower Room. The Living Room is very big with a large feature fireplace and woodburner it has UK TV, video and DVD. This leads onto the Sun Room which has 2 archchairs and lovely views over the garden and neighbouring farmland. Off this is the Twin Bedroom with 2 single beds - ideal for children or adults. Opposite is the downstairs Shower Room with toilet and basin.

The house is llocated just over the border from Normandy in Brittany in between Avranches and Fougeres. It is well positioned for visting all the tourist areas and local beaches only 20 minutes drive away.
 
 
Linen is included in all prices, towels are included and also cots and a highchair. Gas is included for holiday rentals, electricity is charged at 10 cents per unit in low and mid season October to April for self catering.
