France Riberac Dordogne Large holiday home to rent private pool. The house is made up of two connecting wings which can be seperate. But for larger groups this is ideal as there are two kitchens and two living rooms at your disposal. Plus a huge terrace spanning both properties. Imagine being able to cook separately for the children while grown up dinner is being prepared separately in the second kitchen.

The house is available for limited holiday rentals only.

This large country house stands in its own sloping grounds of around 2 acres, and although there are neighbours in the hamlet you are not aware of them as the house is at the end of a little lane with no passing traffic.

It is a quirky house, full of character. "Elegantly whacky" is how people describe it!

Briefly the accommodation is:

• Two large Sitting rooms
• Two fully equipped Kitchens- fridge freezers, microwave, slow cooker, two ovens, dishwasher, washing machines
• 5 bedrooms -4 with double beds, one with four singles which can be re-arranged to suit.
• Study with new double sofa bed
• Five bath or shower rooms (four ensuite)
• Double sofa beds 2 (one in second sitting room and one in study)
• Huge terrace spanning the back of the house accessible from both halves (about 40 ft by 16 ft narrowing to 6 ft)
• Mezzanine

The hub of the house is the old kitchen which leads onto both sitting rooms and the huge terrace The second kitchen is in the barn conversion part of the house. and also leads onto the terrace as does the large second sitting room.

Two of the bedrooms are accessed by a stair case from one half of the house and the other three bedrooms are accessed from the other staircase.

There is a large pool (10 metres by 5 metres) set away from the house which complies with French safety regulations and is fenced.

There is a built in  BarBQ for your use.

Using both sofabeds the house will sleep the following group compositions:

7 adult couples (14 people)

7 single adults (with room/bed each)

10 Adult singles prepared to share room but not using bunk or sharing double bed

17 people composed of families with small children (4 in bunk bed room) and 2 in with parents

 Prices based on 12 people.

If you want to have more than 12 people staying, please enquire as there are beds for 17 people including  children's bunk beds and a cot..
