French holiday home with pool in Dordogne Sleeps 4 to 6. Sometimes available for long lets of a month or more. Can be rented alone for 1 to 6 people or you can rent the whole house - sleeping 14 plus.

The house is attached to La Grange and is situated on high ground with wonderful views, 8 kms south of Riberac, a bustling market town in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne.This is the original conversion, and although called "the little house" is in fact very spacious.

Accommodation:

• Large country kitchen with American fridge, washing machine, gas cooker and microwave, old pine furniture and a table seating ten people.
• The sitting room has a wood burning stove, loads of beams, comfortable seating There is a really comfortable sofa bed.
• Large terrace for eating outside.
  

Upstairs there are:

• Two really good sized bedrooms, both with a double bed (singles can be arranged).
• Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

2 acres grounds with woods and swimming pool.

There is plenty of space for energetic games or just lounging and relaxing in private. The sunsets are wonderful!

Every Friday there is an excellent market in Riberac and it also boasts some superb restaurants. Within a radius of 20km one can visit Brantome, the Venice of the Perigord region; the Chateau at Bordeilles, or the prehistoric caves at the Grotte de Villars. Slightly further afield are the beautiful towns of Sarlat and St Foy la Grande on the Dordogne river itself.A further 35kms takes you to the historic town of Perigueux, the capital of the Dordogne region.
