A warm welcome awaits you at Faysselle, our three lovely gites in the Lot et Garonne, South West France.  Set in 12 acres glorious countryside, the gites are in a peaceful position away from passing traffic, and yet only five minutes from the local village with shop, bar and restaurant, and excellent summer night markets.
The swimming pool is the centre of most people's holiday and ours has the added advantage of a mini-pool for younger children with a waterfall into the main pool. Large terraces surround the pool and there are plenty of sun loungers for all guests. The pool area is a blaze of colour during the summer with numerous geraniums surrounding the terraces.
Guests are welcome to explore the property with its woodland, meadow, pond and stream. In early summer the field is a breathtaking mass of wild flowers with several species of orchid.
Grand Soleil is the largest of our three gites, sleeping 6 people.  There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a living/dining room with satellite tv and DVD. This living room leads out onto the terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Upstairs are one double bedroom, with views towards the neighbouring 11th century church, and two twin bedrooms wiich overlook the pool.  All bedrooms have fans and insect screens.
The gite is next to the pool and is ideal for parents who want to be able to watch over their children!
