Living/dining room with original fireplace and TV. Kitchen/breakfast room with large open fireplace. Utility room. Separate WC. Games room with fireplace, TV/DVD and door to garden.
First floor: Large landing. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC. Two steps up to queen sized bedroom (with extra single bed) which leads to hallway, shower room with WC and on to twin bedroom which has emergency stairs (closed by trap door) down to games room. Available for 7 & 14 night stays. Start day Saturday. All linen and personal towels included. No pool towels. Cot available on request.
