Swimming Pool - 8 metres by 4 metres. The depth is 0.9 metres for the first 1.5 metres then slopes to 2.1 metres at the deep end. Paved sunbathing areas. At the shallow end there are steps. The pool summer temperatures are on average 25°C and filters automatically needing no attention from guests and is maintained weekly. Fully enclosed by low sympathetic fencing and hedges.

The house is fronted by a terrace wand part-shaded by a mature Lime, with five acres of private grounds.
