The holiday home is located approximately 4 km from the village Capian. Standing in the middle of the vineyards this accommodation is one of the well-known wine producers of the region. Your home is situated next to that of the owner.

The house is completely renovated in 2006. It consists of a two floors plus a mezzanine. The owner has beautifully modernized it without neglecting the original elements. By entering the house you will take some stairs to arrive on the first floor of the building. This is the big living room with a cosy corner with TV and sofa. In the other corner, there is a dining table and a large modern open kitchen that oversees the whole. The latter has all the requirements as a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, grill, ceramic stoves, dishwasher etc. On this floor you will also find a 3-pers. bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed. Through small stairs you will arrive on the second floor with a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level of the building. On the same floor you will also find a mezzanine that overlooks the living room. There is a sleeping couch for 2 persons (children)on the mezzanine. The house has also an extra toilet on the ground floor, a washing machine and a DVD player. Outside, there is a parking space for 4 cars, a big terrain and a barn.
