Built in 1648 this Little Gem was completely renovated in 1995. Le Petit Bijou is a lovely townhouse that sits directly on the River Salies and the soothing sound of rushing water is ever present from within.

The house consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor as you enter the house you'll find a summer kitchen. This is a cool place to escape on those warm summer nights in the south of France. In the summer kitchen there is a double sink, a large stone table and a barbeque grill. On the first floor (2nd USA) you'll find a hall with cupboards, a shower room equipped with extra large shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink. Off the hallway is the bedroom with double bed.

After a short climb up a staircase you'll come to the living area. At one end of the top floor you'll find another small shower room with toilet, a kitchen and a good sized balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, double sink, dishwasher, microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker, kettle, and all pots/pans, crockery, glasses and utensils. There is a granite counter top with two bar stools.Between the kitchen and the living room area is a fold out table that easily accommodates 4 people.

In the living area there is a comfortable futon with a high quality matress, a leather arm chair and foot stool, a coffee table, end tables and lamps. You'll find a DVD player and television with satellite dish which picks up several BBC television stations.You will then come to a spacious balcony with bistro table and chairs for two. This is a wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by.
