This seventeenth century Perigordian farm provides spacious accommodation for 6 to 12 people (plus baby): 6 to 8 people in the farmhouse and up to 4 people in the adjacent eighteenth century gîte.

The farmhouse comprises: Entrance hall; large lounge/dining room; two double bedrooms; family room containing one double and two single beds, hand basin and shower; separate WC; shower room with WC and hand basin; kitchen with dishwasher, modern farmhouse cooker, washing machine.

The gîte can sleep up to 4 people. Its 2 bedrooms are in the loft, which is accessible via a steep/narrow staircase from the lounge/dining room with inbuilt kitchen unit and wonderful large ancient fireplace. The ground floor shower room comprises WC, shower and washbasin. The double bedroom is accessible through a twin bedroom, ideal e.g. for 2 children.

The farm surrounded by a number of charming old barns is set in peaceful, attractive countryside and enjoys very pleasant views. There is large swimming pool 10 x 5m with a deep as well as shallow end, which is accessible by a roman staircase. The pool is fenced and is secure for children. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. Also a table tennis. Cot, baby bath & high chair are available on request.

All rates shown are for the farmhouse only (up to 8 people); For a small extra fee the Gite opposite the garden can be rented to accomodate a further 4 guests. The Gite will however not be let separately to ensure full privacy for the guests. Please enquire with owner about details.
