Les Hirondelles is a period barn conversion on three floors overlooking the River Vezere and just a short walk from the medieval Village of Condat Sur Vezere with its fortified Templar buildings and Roman church.
A boulangerie, butcher and tabac, with a small bar, are in the village along with an excellent restaurant in the Templar Commanderie.
Le Lardin st Lazare is 3 kms away with a bank, post office and grocery stores.
Montignac and Terrasson with their excellent Restaurants and Markets are only 10 minutes by car.
The larger towns of Sarlat, Brive and Perigueux are 35 minutes.
Ideal base for cycling and walking - very quiet routes and well posted footpaths.
