Our 4 bedroomed villa enjoys a peaceful semi rural position with fantastic views over the Dordogne Valley in a convenient location between the villages of St Mondane and St Julian de Lampon which is 2km away.

We offer 1 King with en suite bathroom, 1 Double and 2 x 2 twin bed rooms plus family bathroom with shower,sink and toilet. All beds are new and of a good quality (brought over from the UK).The Villa has a lounge, seperate dinning room and large Kitchen. 1 of the twin bed bedrooms could accommodate a camp bed or cot for a 9th person (max).The 10 x 5 swimming pool with roman steps is monitored by a pool alarm as required by the French Govenment.

The popular tourist attractions of Sarlat Domme Souillac Beynac & Gourdon are approx. a 15 to 20 minute drive away (double in August to Sarlat). The Cheateaux Fenelon, Dordogne River and Village of St Julian de Lampon are all within walking distance from the house. Cheateau's Montford and Carlux are a short drive away. For families an adventure park, canoing, fishing, great cycling paths, tennis court, mini golf, 18 hole Golf Course and a water park are all close by.

The local village offers Chemist, baker, butcher, bank, post office, convenience store, weekly market and restaurants. The private pool and terrace enjoys the sun from sunrise to sunset.
