Manoir de Coste Perrier - Les Marquises
Overlooking the Vézère region, this 26 Ha private estate stretches over a small sunny valley. You will enjoy the medieval charm ant the quietness of this 14th century property. The converted barns 'Les Marquises' were carefully renovated and luxuriously decorated for your vacation rental. Les Marquises have been specially designed for family gatherings or parties of friend. The two Marquises (right wing & left wing) with 7 bedrooms have a global capacity of 14 people. You will appreciate the spacious bedrooms and the interior design. All our bedrooms are ensuite (with WC, and bath or shower). Most of our beds can be converted into king size beds or into two single beds. The "Marquise Left Wing" (capacity 6 people): The ground floor hosts a large dining room seating up to 18 persons along 3 long oak dining tables and solid oak benches either side. The 'Marquise left wing' kitchen is fully equipped for all needs. A laundry room also hosts the necessary washing and drying facilities for guests' use. Upstairs is a sitting room with satellite television and a DVD player, and picturesque views from either side of the room. Each of the 3 bedrooms offer king size beds splittable into two singles. Each bedroom has its private en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath or shower. One is also specifically equipped to cater for disabled guests.
The "Marquise Right Wing" (capacity 8 people): The ground floor of the right wing hosts a large open plan living, dining room, with comfortable settees, satellite television and DVD player. The 'Marquise right wing' kitchen is fully equipped for all needs. A laundry room also hosts the necessary washing and drying facilities for guests' use. Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 offer king size beds splittable into two singles, and 1 has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its private en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath or shower.
The Marquises have two small private terraces with BBQ, but there is also a large covered outside terrace adjoining the buildings with seating for 18 people. The large terrace has a stone barbecue and views over the pools and children's play area with swings, sand, slides etc.
The two heated swimming pools of the property have views that are beyond compare. They are fully fenced and secure for small children who cannot access the pool area alone. The small (3x3m) pool for children has the gentle trickle of a tiny waterfall continually running. The large infinity pool (6x15m) is positioned to give and unobstructed view of the horizon. A fitness room with training apparatus is also located by the pool. The large terrace, the swimming pools, the fitness room and the game areas are shared with the Owner (living in the Manoir).

Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Parasailing, Coste Perrier is ideally situated for visiting some of the most prestigious sites of interest in the Périgord Noir. Within a radius of 30 kms guests will find numerous châteaux, natural crystalised caves, prehistoric painted and carved caves, archeological sites, trogolydite villages, medieval towns and villages, bastide towns... the list is endless. Just a little further afield are also some more wonderful châteaux and private vineyards, which are definitely worth a day out: Bergerac, St Emilion, Monbazillac, Sauternes Bordeaux and Pomerol. No Smoking in the buildings, No pets or animals on the property.
