Maroy is situated in a tiny peaceful hamlet surrounded by lush vineyards and plum orchards on the borders of the three Departments of the Gironde,Lot et Garonne and the Dordogne. 

The property is a beautiful four bedroom "maison de maitre" overlooking and surrounded by vineyards with a pigeonnier, balcony and private swimming pool.The interior has been restored and furnished to a very high standard. All of of the rooms are light and very spacious with terracotta tiled or wood polished floors and carpeted with luxurious woollen Chinese or Indian rugs.

The house has four extremely large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a main salon, T.V. room and a fully equipped and modernised kitchen. To the exterior of the property are pretty lawns, various fruit trees, palms, deciduous trees, magnolia, wisteria and many other shrubs and flowering plants. 

The 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps has a lovely decking area and is surrounded by terracing.The pool can be floodlit for use on warm summer evenings. A barbecue area is also sited near the the pool and house. 

Peaceful open countryside adjacent to the property offers countless walks through woods, orchards and vineyards. There is an abundance of wildlife and unusual bird species which arrive during the summer months. You may catch a glimpse of deer, wild boar, red squirrels, beech martens, hoopoes and golden orioles which inhabit the locale.
