Riverview is a stone built cottage comprising 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Downstairs there is a further double bedroom; shower room with toilet and separate cloakroom, ideal for anyone with limited mobility. The kitchen/diner is open plan and the comfortable lounge area has patio doors leading to an outside BBQ area with stone table. The large rear garden runs down to the banks of the Dordogne river, with mature trees for shade. The banks are accessible for fishing on purchase of the appropriate licence.
Situated in the front garden is a large plunge pool with solar heating panels and a second patio area with garden furniture and sun parasols perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun. There is still plenty of room for "garden games" and there are garden toys in the house for the children. Within easy walking distance are the villages of St Pierre d'Eyraud and Gardonne where all facilities can be found... bakers, butcher, supermarket and restaurants etc. The surrounding area offers many tourist attractions including the chateau of Monbazilac, villages of St Emillion, Domme and the nearest town is Bergerac (12 km ). Canoeing, tennis, swimming, go karts are all within the Bergerac area.
