This former priory from the 9th century became a wine chateau in the 18th and was renoved by an arcthitect in 2011 into 5 outstanding luxury gites. The place is fantastic, nestled in a mediterranean parc of 5 hectares in the middle of the vineyards, absolutly quiet (each gite is for 2 people only). Some gites have sight protected terraces or gardens with private jacuzzis. They were created in modern style with renowned designer's furniture.
Top of the range equipments: fully fitted kitchens, king size beds, Wifi, satellite HD TV on large screens and home cinema sound systems.
Le Domaine de Monteils is situated  between Provence and Languedoc. This wine area is bordered in the south by the lakes of Camargue and the wild sandy beaches of Languedoc, in the north by the Cevennes national park and its spectacular landscapes.
Enjoy a fantastic historical heritage: the city of Avignon, the medieval duchy of Uzes, the roman towns of Nimes and Arles, the UNESCO "World Heritages" places of Carcassonne and the Pont du Gard, as well as many charming villages.
