Saint Paulet is approximately 10 minutes from Villefranche-de-Lauragais which has many shops, bars, restaurants and banks. It is also 10 minutes from the market town Castelnaudary which also has many shops, bars, restaurants, antique stores, and is in fact even bigger than Villefranche. 

The property is 40 minutes from Carcassonne with its wonderful medieval walled city and fifty two towers.The city is surrounded by a large moat with the original very large feature drawbridge by which to enter into a fascinating array of winding cobbled streets and squares where you will find many craft and antique shops to browse around, also bars and restaurants which are very reasonably priced too!!

The property is 40 minutes from Toulouse

The nearest beach is Gruissan one hour and 15 minutes from la mondinotte.

The enclosed pool (15 x 6) is just in front of the house next to a large patio with table and chairs. One side is next to the kitchen. The terrace and garden are on the other side.

Completely renovated, the property overlooks fields of flowers (the owners are flower producers) and towards the Pyrenees and close to " La Rigole " which brings water from La Montagne Noire to " Le Canal du Midi ".
