Peaceful, secluded, but not isolated, the house has its own 8m x 4m swimming pool and lawned garden, which being south facing, benefits from day long sunshine, whilst the vine-covered 1st floor terrace offers perfect shade for an afternoon nap or reading session. The spacious master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room/wc, and french windows opening directly onto the 1st floor terrace.

Also on the 1st floor is another bathroom/wc, and 2 other bedrooms ; 1 twin at the front, and a further double, also with access directly to the balcony terrace. Downstairs is a large lounge and dining area, with English satellite tv, cd/dvd player and log burning stove, and multiple french windows leading directly to the lower terrace and pool, with its hardwood deck surround. Leading off from the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with 5 burner gas hob,  oven and internal electric grill, and the 4th bedroom with double bed and separate access to the garden. Central heating throughout and hot water are provided by gas boiler. 

The pool has day long exposure to the sun enabling its use from May thru October; use of the thermal cover overnight will maintain the few extra degrees that would otherwise be lost. There are pool loungers, and a table and chairs with parasol on the terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining, and a gas barbecue.
