Le Moulin has un-interruped 360 degree views looking South to the Pyrenees. Converted in 2001 it provides an extremely comfortably holiday home for 10 people.The sixth bedroom has two full length bunk beds ideal for children.

The 10 metre heated pool is a great feature and is close to the house. The pool has an electrically operated security cover and is fenced in, although the fence does not count as a security fence.
Immediately beside the pool is a massive open barn, known locally as a hangar. This makes a fantastic covered terrace and has a massive dining table and plenty of comfy chairs. Together with the attached Summer kitchen/breakfast room you have everything you need on hand. On the far side of the Hangar is an east-facing terrace, ideal for breakfast and far enough from the main house to allow others to sleep undisturbed.

There are enough chairs and loungers for everyone.

The property is set in its own grounds and is private but not isolated.The village of Salles sur L'Hers is a 5 minute drive and has a mini supermarket, baker and tabac as well as doctor and chemist. Major shopping centres are within 20 minutes.

The house is fully equiped and has five bedrooms plus a bunk bedroom,  four bathrooms and five w/cs.
One of the bedrooms and bathroom is in the adjacent Moulin (former windmill),  a wonderfully secluded and romatic setting with fantastic views from the top floor bedroom window.

The house is extremely well fitted out and equiped and includes Sky plus TV and wi-fi connectivity.There is an ample supply of books, videos, CDs and games.

Outside games include table tennis, giant chess and croquet.

Even with 10 adults and a couple of children you will never feel cramped at le Moulin. There are plenty of spots to relax, either in full sun or shade.
There are several golf courses within easy reach, and sailing is available on the nearby Lac de Ganguise. Go Karting and other similar entertainment is in Carcassonne about 45 mins away and most of the majestic Cathar castles are reasonably close.
The beach at Narbonne is just over an hour away.

Travel from UK or Ireland is easy with the airports of Toulouse and Carcassone both within the hour
