On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen/dining room fully equipped with electric/gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and microwave etc. Just off this room is the downstairs WC and shower . Also on this floor is the lounge which is equipped with terrestrial French and English Sky television (full package at extra cost) video player, DVD player, and Hi-Fi equipment.

On the second floor are the two main bedrooms, one with double and single beds, the other with two singles. This bedroom has en suite facilities WC, washbasin and shower. On the top floor is the studio room which can double as the third bedroom. This includes a Radio/CD/Tape player TV and Internet Broadband Access. A Clic-Clac (bed/sofa) and fridge for those cold drinks on the adjacent terrace.

The terrace faces South East and overlooks the village rooftops. It is a sun trap from early morning until late afternoon. Table, chairs, loungers, and Bar-B-Que all provided.

The washing machine and freezer are situated in the utility room, in the cellar.
