The house is lovely and bright throughout but remains cool in the summer months due to the construction, shutters, and cool floor tiling. It is comfortable with modern stylish furniture. To accomodate families there are toys, dvds and books available to amuse the kids. Although the centre of town is within easy walking distance the house is also surrounded by local shops including delicious french bakery, delicatessen, chemist, cafe, takeaways. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away. 10 mins walk brings you to a large aquatic centre with indoor and outdoor pools, 10 pin bowling, play grounds and a great restaurant with the largest (apparently!) buffet of fresh food in France. The restaurant also has a play area so kids can amuse themselves while the adults take their time over their meal.

Bedroom 1 & 2:

Large double bedrooms on the ground floor - one at the front of the house and one at the back overlooking the pool. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. One bedroom is also equipped with an office area including a desk and storage.
Bedroom 3 & 4:

On first floor you have 2 double bedrooms with fitted cupboards. There is a modern shower room.

Bathroom:

On ground floor is the main bathroom with a corner bath and shower fitting.
Garden:

The garden is 200m2 with a gorgeous sunny swimming pool ideal for lengths as it is 11m but also with a low step where children can play. It is surrounded by a tiled patio which gets the sun most of the day. To the side of the house there is garden shaded by 2 large trees covering an eating area. There is a full size table tennis table, a bbq and plenty of pool accessories.
There is a garage which is used mostly for storage. Cars can be parked inside the garden or outside the garden gates in reserved place.
