Our 20 year old villa, with private heated pool, is in a residential area, 10 minute walk from town centre, with private parking for three cars. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining room with enclosed log fire, opening into a south facing solarium. Together these areas have comfortable seating for 10 people. There are two double bedrooms, large bathroom with double vanity unit and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, double sink and clothes dryer. Large kitchen with diswasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and inset log fire. Second floor 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, and a further separate shower room with toilet, wash-hand basin and shower.
Large Garden Apartment is included with the Villa and is self contained and independant.One double bedroom, bathroom and large living/dining/lounge.
