Our stunning, detached family villa with 4 large bedrooms is situated in a charming wine village, just round the corner from the boulangerie, local shop and wine cave.
Especially suited to families with young children, our villa is fully equipped to cater for your every need. The private pool is fully enclosed, with sunloungers & pool toys. The secluded gardens/terraces offer various dining opportunities as well as a perfect place to relax and/or play. Inside, the large, airy rooms are spacious, cool and well decorated, with tasteful, comfortable furniture.
Located in a superb wine region, within minutes of leaving the villa, you are surrounded by stunning vineyards, producing fantastic wines at great prices. Wonderful Blue Flag beaches can be reached in 20 minutes whilst the Canal du Midi is just a few minutes away. The gentle peaks of the Black Mountains provide a spectacular backdrop to the village. This is the perfect holiday base to explore and enjoy this stunning part of France.
THE VILLA
The villa sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 babies/toddlers in cots in 4 large bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin). In addition, we provide 2 cots. It is spacious, beautifully decorated & extremely well equipped. There are 2 bathrooms: the main family bathroom with double sinks, bath (with shower attachment), separate walk-in shower plus a separate WC. There is also an ensuite shower room to bedroom 4 with shower, vanity unit and basin, WC. Hair dryers provided in both bathrooms.
The villa offers an extremely airy, large open plan living/dining room with lovely, comfy sofas, feature wood burner and patio doors to the delightful conservatory. The dining area is ideal for formal dining, whilst kitchen offers table and chairs for informal dining plus each terrace has large tables and chairs.
The bright conservatory provides another fantastic place to relax - perfect for morning coffee or to retreat to after dark, where a large selection of books and board games are available for our guests to use.
The kitchen is large, with a table and chairs and patio doors leading to the breakfast terrace. It is fully equipped with: fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cafetière, blender, excellent selection of utensils & cookinq equipment, crockery & cutlery. Large selection of children's cutlery, crockery, beakers & even bibs is provided.
In the utility room, there is the washing machine, iron & ironing board, water softener, sink. There is plenty of storage space and built-in shelving - ideal as a larder. In there, you will also find a stereo for music on the terraces, boules and dartboard for outdoor fun.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fan in the kitchen and no less than 4 sets of patio doors which keep the villa cool and airy all summer long. In the cooler winter months, the villa has full central heating and a beautiful wood burner in the living room.
FREE WiFi BROADBAND ACCESS AVAILABLE TO GUESTS
We have had Wifi broadband installed in the villa, so if you want to keep in touch with work, then bring your laptop and have fast wireless broadband access on holiday.

Our villa is particularly suitable for children and is equipped with a vast array of items to make holidaying with children easier. Indoor and outdoors toys, (including swing, baby swing, double swing, slide, rope ladder, sandpit, paddling pool, baby toys etc) bed guards, pushchair, car booster seat, high chair, baby boucer chair, microwave steam steriliser, potty, trainer toilet seat & changing mat, digital baby monitors, plug safety sockets, children's bowls, plates, beakers, cutlery and bibs plus much much more.
GARDENS, POOL, TERRACES & BOULES AREA
The villa is extremely safe - it is fully enclosed with locking entry gates. The private pool is also fully secured to remain safe at all times. The pool is circular and occupies a very sunny spot - it has its own shady spot and store - where sunloungers and pool toys are kept. There is a sunny breakfast terrace, accessed from the kitchen as well as a large rear terrace, with a lovely built in BBQ. Tables and chairs are provided on both terraces. In the back, a large bamboo-covered wrought iron pergola provides welcome shade in the summer.There is a large driveway for 2-3 cars plus additional parking spaces.
There is a large flat area laid to lawn, with garden play equipment. To the side of the villa, there are vines and fruit trees, which lead to the laundry drying area and at the back of the villa, there is a boules area. In addition, a dartboard is provided for our guests to use on the rear terrace - ideal for playing whilst dinner cooks on the BBQ!
LOCATION
Our villa is located in the heart of the village, just a minute or two's walk from the local shops and amenities.
The villa is about 15 minute's away from both the beautiful town of Beziers and in the other direction, Narbonne.
The area is jam packed with things to do and see - the only thing to decide will be whether to while away the day, basking in the glorious sunshine by the pool, sip chilled wine on the terrace over delicious local cuisine or venture out to explore the area!
CREISSAN
As well as the local shops (incl. spar supermarket, boulangerie, wine cave, market place) being just a couple of minute's walk from the villa, there is also a new 30m village swimming pool, paddling pool and tennis court less than 150m away. For guests wishing to have a night off from cooking, the fantastic caterer in the village can deliver delicious meals to the villa for you to enjoy.
TRAVEL
Getting to the villa couldn't be easier - whether by air, road or rail. Mainline + budget airlines serve Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne-all within 45 minutes of the villa. Nimes, Gerona and Marseilles are slighter further afield, though still very accessible. Cheap car hire is available at every airport.
The TGV route links Paris to Beziers in approx 4 hours and passes through some stunning countryside.
Driving from the UK is a simple alternative with superb road links all the way.
BEACHES
Beaches can be reached in just 20 minutes - the area is renowned for its long white sandy beaches that stretch for miles and miles. Most have been awarded Blue Flag status and are cleaned scrupulously in the summer months. What's even better is, most beaches offer free car parks.
At Valras Plage for example, the 4-km-long beach has every modern facility, particularly in terms of safety. A stunning beach for adults and children alike.
GOLF
The Languedoc is probably the best region for golf in the whole of France. Languedoc-Roussillon has twenty excellent golf courses, 3 of which are within 30 mins of of the villa and a further 7 are within an hour's drive. All courses are open to tourists at reasonable cost and there is variety to suit all golfing abilities. Equipment can be hired and coaching is available at most courses. The courses nearest to our villa are:

- Golf de Lamalou-Les-Bains (30Km North) - 9 Holes, Par 35, 2600m
- Golf du Cap D’Agde (Near Aqualand - 30Km) - 18 Holes, Par72, 6300m
WINTER SPORTS
Winter sports are probably not the first thing one associates with the Mediterranean region, but in fact during the winter months skiing in the Languedoc itself is available and there are also year round ski slopes in the Pyrénées which can be reached in just two hours by car.
