Villa Thomas
Luxury detached modern villa situated on a secure gated community adjacent to the St Thomas Golf and Country Club near Beziers. 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. Family garden with covered terrace for alfresco dining. Garage and off street parking (space for 2 cars). Well equipped. UKTV. First floor terrace with stunning views over the golf course and the countryside beyond. Shared heated swimming pool within commune. Reduced green fees for golf lovers on the St Thomas golf course within walking distance of the villa which also boasts a gourmet restaurant.
One double and one twin bedroom situated on the first floor. Each with ensuite shower room. The double bedroom has access onto a terrace with spectacular views across the golf course and the countryside beyond. Downstairs a further double bedroom plus a twin bedroom with family bathroom and separate wc.
Spacious living room with settee and chairs adjacent to French windows which open out on to the ground floor terrace and the garden beyond.
American style kitchen with breakfast bar (2 high stools) and dining table and 8 chairs. Second set of French door lead to the terrace which wraps around the back of the house. Second dining table and chairs plus bbq on the covered terrace for alfresco dining or just spending a relaxing evening enjoying a glass or 2 of the locally produced wine.
The configuration of the accommodation would suit 2 famillies travelling together, an extended family travelling with grandparents or grown up children or groups.
The garden is mainly grass which allows plenty of space to relax or run around (if you are younger!). Sun chairs, parasols etc are all provided. bed linen and bath towels can be provided if required at 15 euros per person.
