The living room has fabulous wood beams running across the high ceiling, it is bright and spacious, with a log fire for cosy evenings in, relaxing to the surround sound system, whether it is from some of the dvd's/cd's on offer in our library or watching one of the many SKY satellite channels on the flat screen tv.

The villa has ceiling fans in all rooms - one of the few villas which offers this. There is an extra standing fan available also.
No need to store your luggage in your bedroom, we have a large internal garage that will accommodate all your luggage, bicycles, golf clubs, etc.

It is ideal for toddlers and children with the following supplied: cot, bedding, mosquito net, highchair, booster seat, bibs, bathroom steps, baby bath, bath mat, bath toys, changing mat, potty, stroller, kids crockery and cutlery, toys, range of DVDs including a full set of Baby Einstein DVDs, dress-up clothes, puzzles, games and books.

Outdoors we have a sand pit, buckets and spades, see-saw, teeter totter, wendy house and kids table and chairs.

We can have your baby pack of essentials and groceries ordered in prior to your arrival. Babysitting and chef service can be arranged.

All the bedrooms are on one level, two of which look out onto the swimming pool and the master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out onto the sun trapped terrace, with table, chairs and parasol - perfect for relaxing in the lazy sunshine whilst taking in the scenic views.

If cooking is your thing, we have a built-in traditional stone barbecue with all the utensils you will need (including coffee machine, grinder, blender, diet scales) to cook up a feast or if you prefer to dine out why not treat yourself to the Michelin starred restaurant a short drive away from Villa Wisteria or one of the many restaurants in the locality.

The villa is detached, with a manicured lawn and terrace to the front , private pool and terrace at the back with a kid's play area, including a shaded sandbox, sand toys, a see-saw and pool inflatables.There is private parking at the villa, in a secure gated environment. Stone-cut barbecue, terraces to the front and the back garden, both terraces are equipped with a table, chairs and parasol for you to unwind and relax.

The pool is surrounded by a paved patio, slightly elevated above the garden, fenced and gated, has 2 covers: 1 thermal and 1 approved, weight-bearing cover. It is 6m x 3m with an all around depth of 1.2m, underwater lighting and 3 steps on either side for ease of access.

 There are 4 quality, padded reclining sun loungers. It is totally private, not overlooked, but yet you will enjoy spectacular views of the the vineyards and Durban castle with the smell of lavender lingering in the fresh air around you.
 It is an idyllic location for the perfect holiday in the heart of the Languedoc.
