La Baule is situated 60 kilometers from Nantes, La Baule is near Guerande, Batz sur mer, Piriac.The beach is 15 kilometers long. The avenue De Gaulle is a very full of life trading avenue. The avenue Lajarrige is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment rented for the holidays. It is also a more quiet but shopping street. The apartment proposed for the holidays(vacation) is at 5 minutes by feet of the beach of La Baule. The apartment which we propose rented for the holidays(vacation) in La Baule is situated in the last floor (3rd) with a small sea view. This holiday rent in La Baule is close to the railway station and to the aerodrome of La Baule Escoublac but without any noise pollution. The forest of La Baule Escoublac is just behind, and the very beautiful park of the dryades is on the side of the residence. An ideal situation for this rent of holidays (vacation) in La Baule for the amateurs of equitation, the riding school of Platanes is in ten minutes in feet; for the amateurs of golf also because the golf of Saint-Denac is close. A mini-golf and tennis are at the bottom of the residence. This rent of holidays in Baule is a duplex of 37 m ² + of numerous spaces under 1M80 not included in this surface. It includes a bedroom, a shower-room, a living room with fully fitted kitchen, toilet separated.
