Balza is a very old ( y 1650 ) country side mansion; the interior is fully restored, and the landscape has also been fully redesigned.

It is located in the middle of the "pastel" country, with several castels, or forified towns nearby ;
Gaillac vineyards, with lots of small properties  where visitors are more than welcomed are 10km away.
Also there is the attractive  "Albi" (Toulouse-Lautrec museum) 40km away , and  Toulouse (aeronautical museum or center of production) only 25km highway .
