Equipment includes full size oven and hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer and all the required crockery and cutlery, etc. Full size patio door to a large patio from both the lounge, (with electric shutters) and the master bedroom. There is patio furniture provided. There is ample parking and the property has use of the covered Pool, Sauna and Spa all heated, snooker room and the 4 acres of surrounding land. There is a spectacular view of the Mountains (1 hour away). Spain is about 1 1/4 hours as is Toulouse airport. The property is located 10 Km from a large village with all the normal facilities and easy access to Auch, the capital of Gascony (30 Km). Please note we do not accept pets of any kind, smokers nor children under 15. For long lets references may be required as will a deposit for all lets. Some electricity is included in the cost but there will be a supliment for heating.
