This old watermill is situated on a small island with a waterfall alongside. It is set in woodlands and meadows of approx. 10 acres in a very peaceful valley. The Lantouy river, whose source lies about 1km away in woodlands, flows through the grounds and is surrounded by unspoilt wilderness. The water is very clear and suitable for bathing. There is direct access to the Lot river from one of the meadows. Laid out to provide privacy whilst enjoying the abundance of nature all around and with access to the river Lantouy & the river Lot. It is cool in the summer due to it's thick stone walls and there is a wood burning stove for the colder months. It has wooden beams, fitted kitchen, shower, access to the Lantouy and Lot for swimming, fishing, canoeing etc.At the Moulin de Lantouy: Canoe-kayak, swimming (Lantouy), volleyball, boule, table-tennis, walks, fishing.Locally: Cajarc village has all shops (plenty of local produce), bars, tourist office and local amenities.
