The gite is a new conversion tiled throughout with french windows to lounge and the double bedroom, there is a second bedroom with two single beds. The lounge also has a bed settee that is ideal for visitors.

The kitchen has an electric oven,gas hob, microwave and refrigerator etc.
There is also a separate utility room with sink and washing machine

Cycling is a pleasure on the quiet roads around Valence D'Agen and the canal veloroute passes on the outskirts of town.
Part of the pilgrimage route of St Jaques de Campostella passes through several nearby villages, ideal for walking and wildlife.
There is a golf course 10 minutes away and a water park 5 minutes away.
We have lots of brochures for local activities such as the outdoor municipal pool, horse riding, skateboard park, tennis courts etc.
