Holiday home situated in the heart of the Lot countryside, within easy reach of the Dordogne.
The accommodation includes a well equipped kitchen, living room, and conservatory. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. TV, DVD player, hifi, table tennis table, washing machine.
Large enclosed garden. The 8x4 metre pool (open from May to October) is fitted with an alarm system and is entirely for the use of guests. The house has a large sunny conservatory with view of the valley. Garden furniture and sunbeds are provided and there is also an outdoor barbecue for your own use near the patio. The patio with awning is an ideal spot for your meals with a lovely view of the pool.

You can either relax by the pool and enjoy the tranquility or visit the many sites nearby. For those who enjoy walking there is a wide choice of paths to follow.

Area information
The peaceful village of Dégagnac has a restaurant, post office and corner shop. The auberge offers excellent value for money. A few minutes away is the medieval town of Gourdon where there are a selection of cafés, restaurants and shops. The town of Cahors, capital of the Lot, is 45 minutes from Dégagnac and is famous for its Valentré bridge. In many of the nearby towns there are markets where fresh local products are available.
The Dordogne is on your doorstep. Domme and Sarlat are within half an hour and Bergerac and Toulouse about an hour and a half. Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac are about an hour away and they are both worth visiting.
Local attractions
Horse riding, walking, fishing, canoeing, tennis and golf are just some of the activities available in the the area. For those who want to walk, there is a large choice as the Lot has a variety of areas to discover.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm booking. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is requested at the start of your stay.
