RiverStone Alpacas
Bed & Breakfast and Gite RiverStone Alpacas is a Working alpaca farm and is situated in the South West of France (Haute Pyrenees) nestled in a secluded valley on the outskirts of Saint Lezer with all amenities available in the nearby town of Vic en Bigorre (3km). Vic en Bigorre is centrally located for both Pau (50 mintues drive) and Lourdes (30 mintues drive) international airports. The small town offers doctor, dentist, super market, bakery, butches, pharmacy, banks, cafe bars, restaurants, local amenities with swimming pool, tennis court, french cinema, tourist information.
A haven for those who want an environment of comfort, tranquility and farmyard hospitality after a long day of sight seeing, outdoor activities or property hunting. The farm is set in 15 arcs of lush pasture surrounded by a natural forest rich in wildlife with an abundance of deer. Birds of prey glide over head in the updrafts watching the meadows below which are grazed by our resident alpacas, humming softly to their young as, along with our guests, enjoy the un-spoilt surroundings.
RiverStone Alpacas offers three rooms as bed and breakfast (see below for details) or all three can be rented as a gite. Please use enquiry for details.
CRYSTAL CHAMBRE Family Room
Two antique crystal chandeliers suspended from the high beamed ceiling, reflect prisms of light up to the meezzanine floor. A double and two single beds await you for a peaceful nights rest. The oak floored living area comprises of a large sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, and a kitchenette with dining area. The bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet completes this large room for a family or anyone wanting a self catering apartment.
Crystal Chambre two (2) persons 80 euros per night.
MAZE CHAMBRE
The king size bed lays comfortable under original oak beams. An armchair provides a relaxing relief after a long day in the beautiful Haute Pyrenees countryside. The room has ensuite facilities with shower. Tea and coffee are also provided.
Two (2) persons 45 euros per night.
BLEU CHAMBRE
This guest room comprises of twin beds, with oak beams welcoming you into the room after wine tasting or finding your dream home. Enjoy a cold drink in a cosy environment while contemplating your next adventure. The room has ensuite facilities with shower. Tea and coffee are also provided.
Two (2) persons 45 euros per night.
