We are located on the 4 th floors of 6 (The building has 3 elevators ) in a in a limestone building Haussmanian style built in 1913.

The Famous Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and Avenue Montaigne are very close and you can shop in a lot of stores of the most famous french and international luxury brands: Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Mauboussin, Hugo Boss, Escada etc. and we are next to the most prestigious palaces of Paris: Crillion, Marriott, Fouquet's Barriere, Claridge, George V, Plaza - Athenee etc.

Lots of the most famous museums of the world are very close: Louvres, Grand Palais, Petit Palais etc...

At a cost of 50.000 Euros, it was recently refurbished and renovated and there is maintenance and improvement year round in small details. It is equiped of course with 2 beds 200*160 and 4 sofas 100*200, 100 channels cables tv, high speed internet free, dvd player, microhifi stereo MP3 Ipod docking -usb -sd, nice marble bath with bidet. Two Kitchens with full equipment and amenities, toaster, boiler, coffee machine Nespresso, micro- wave, washing-drying machines, dish washer, oven etc... Towels and linens provided. A very quiet apartment thanks to a perfect double glazing.

Some of the city s most cosmopolitan shops can be found along the Avenue des Champs Elysees with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, discotheques, movie theather jostling for space between the famously branded shops.

The closest subway stations: George V (line 1), Franklin Roosevelt (line 1 and 9), Sainte Philipe du Roule (line 9).

Five public parking spaces around and one of them is located very next to the building entrance.

Our check in policy is 5 pm; check out at 2.00 pm but we adapt to the need of guests when possible.

With little extra costs, we can provide you with baby sitters, daily cleaning, car driver, cooker, computer technician ,museum passes , transportation VIP to and from airports etc..

The building and the whole district are under very tight security. Mr Sarkozy, French president, lives a few hundreds meters away in the Palace of L'Elysees.

What made our experience excellent? Let's see, besides the central location and beauty of the place, here are a few more reasons. In the morning, you have the Nespresso machine (expresso) to wake you up and if that's not enough, you have Starbucks coffee downstairs. Monoprix (grocery shopping) is 2 blocks away (on the same side of the street) that is open until 12 AM everyday except Sunday. There are 2 Metro stops to choose from Franklin D. Roosevelt or George V depending on which direction you are going, There is Fouquets restaurant across the street when you are in the mood for a nice restaurant, La Duree for sweets (known for their macaroons), Paul's next door for some quick and scrumptous pastries, and George V restaurant or bar for a 5 star experience. Of course, it does not hurt that their are other luxury strores close by like Louis Vuitton, etc.

Eric and his assistant Eugene were very helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They responded right away when we had questions about the appt. or when we needed their help.

My family (my husband and 2 daughters (16 & 21 yrs. old) loved the place. Our vacation was fabulous making our Paris vacation one of the most memorable events in our lives!
