A superb location for our holiday home, which is excellent value and you can selfishly have the beautiful countryside views to yourself, and enjoy peace and tranquility as you are not in a mobile home park.
A brightly decorated 2 bedroomed mobile home with sofa bed in the living room, sleeps max of 3/4 . In the kitchen there is fridge, hob, microwave, oven and a well -equipped kitchen. The lounge is comfortable with a table, gas fire and TV with English satellite , DVD and video, as well as French TV. A compact bathroom with new vanity unit, with small bath and shower. For trouble free showers, we have installed an electric water heater, rather than the gas which is normal in mobile homes.
Located up on a hill with beautiful views east, south and west down a valley of fields with woods, and small lake in front of you. Outside you have an exclusive patio area not overlooked with a private garden area with bushes and flowers. Garden furniture includes table and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue . Part of the property is covered with a wooden veranda providing you with the shade you need in the heat of the summer. During the rentals of May to September, you are welcome to use the owners pool. Outside games available like badmington, boules and bikes. Animals are welcome but bear in mind there are no fenced areas.
All linen is provided for the holiday, including towels, and kitchen towels, however do bring your own beach towels. Fans available. The gardens have been landscaped around the home and you can enjoy nature at its best. WASHING MACHINE. The washing machine in the main house is available for use at a nominal sum (4 euro per load incl. powder). FREEZER: If necessary it may be arranged to keep some food in our freezer in the house.
Lots to do and see in the area, with a local village with bar only 2 km away and the historic town of Villebois Lavalette with its medieval castle and covered market place (Les Halles) only 5 km away. Also in Villebois are all the shops you need as well as a large Supermarket. Saturday market in the square.
