A pear tree grows outside this converted stone barn, hence the name. It has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 8 people comfortably or 10 as a maximum, 2 shower rooms with toilets (one en suite) , fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining area.

French doors lead to a terrace garden with patio table, chairs and barbeque. On the ground floor is a large living area with lovely exposed stone wall and beams, a well appointed kitchen and dining area, there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet and door directly onto the large terrace.
