Situated in the sunny Charente region of south west France this former barn has been converted by its French owners into a well furnished gite for up to 6 people. The gite features exposed stone walls, oak beams and terracotta floors.
Bernard and Malika will extend a personal welcome to their guests.
Situated in the small hamlet of Le Chatenet,surrounded by fields of sunflowers,the gite is ideal for families or couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
There are many places to visit nearby,the Chateaux at La Rochfoucauld,the old walled town of Angouleme,Cognac where there are distillery tours and boat trips on the Charente , the adventure park at the lakes of Haut Charente, canoes for hire on the Charente,Monkey valley,Futuroscope at Poitiers,the Velo rail are only some of the places and activities available.
INTERIOR Kitchen, dining room fully equipped including dish washer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, oak farmhouse table. Lounge with TV, DVD player, comfortable seating. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms with views over the countryside

BOOKING INFORMATION
Prices are per week and include bed linen and towels,high chair and cot can be provided free of charge
The gite is registered with Gites de France and has been inspected by them.
It has a three epis rating
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival
A security deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival and refunded on departure
The deposit is normally payable via Paypal
