Location, location, location! Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Nice, just ten minutes by taxi from Nice airport, or 20 minutes by airport bus. Freshly-baked croissants and bread, the finest home-made pasta, an inspiring selection of olives, cheeses and wines and the best ice-cream in Nice are all just around the corner. The beach, the flower market and over 40 restaurants are within three minutes walk. Jump on a local bus or train for visits to Antibes, Cannes, Monte Carlo and places in between.

The apartment has 42 square metres of space and is ideal for 2 people, although it can sleep 4. You could not be in a better location to experience vibrant Nice. Open the shutters, let in the sun and watch life pass by on Rue Rossetti!

Kitchen: Fully equipped for your stay with crockery and utensils, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment. Double sofa bed.

Sitting room: Charming, spacious room looking out onto Rue Rossetti. Plenty of seating, DVD/CD player and selection of DVDs. 

Bathroom: Toilet; shower enclosure which includes a half bath; a beautiful Villeroy and Boch wash basin set in a quaint wooden wash stand with a marble top adds charm and character to the shower room. Heated towel rail. Hair dryer. Bath and hand towels included in the rental charge.

Bedroom: Charming and romantic bedroom with oak beams, double bed and recently furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The window looks out onto Rue Rossetti which is pedestrianized. Please note that this room has a low ceiling (see photos) but this has not proved a problem for previous guests or the previous owner (who was over 6 ft tall!). Tower fans are provided to keep cool in July and August and also radiators for the cooler months. Bedding included in the rental charge.

Access: Characteristic of properties in the old town, the access to the apartment is via nine steps. These would prove difficult for wheelchairs or the infirm.

Internet: There is great internet access at the 'Vieux Cyber' internet cafe just below the apartment. This offers excellent rates, has English keyboards and is open 10.00 - 21.00 during the week and until midnight at weekends.
