The loggia comprises an antique dining table, a newly upholstered Art Deco divan and a comfortable sofa (which also sleeps two).
From the loggia you have a breathtaking, 180° uninterrupted view over the Mediterranean Sea.

The Residence Athena Port offers 15 hectares of private land which includes a small marina, two private beaches, a huge swimming pool in the shade of pine trees, a non-swimmer pool, 3 tennis courts (a coach can be booked on demand), beach volleyball court, boules court, secure car park etc... The entire property is fenced and the entrance gates are manned 24/7. Next to the flat is the concierge‘s office who will help with any enquiries.
The famous golf course Dolce Frégate is less than 5 minutes away!
One of the two beaches is right at the foot of the house, next to the small harbour and has easy access to the water via steps. During the summer months you can also enjoy a lovely meal here at the Beach Restaurant Athena Port. Access to the beach is via an express lift from the 8th floor direct to the harbour. There is a fresh water shower and comfortable sun-beds are available.
The second private beach (Plage Des Engraviers) is a short stroll down the hill. This is a pebble beach, but the private area in the shade of pine trees is fine sand. There is also a fresh water shower and toilets.
Both beaches are ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving.
The Residence is in the middle of the famous "Sentier Litoral" - a hiking path along the beautiful coastline, which you can take to walk into the town centre (approx. 30 min).
The closest shop is about 2 km away, but during the summer months a mobile shop comes to Athena Port every morning and sells groceries, a small selection of toiletries, roast chicken and most importantly fresh baguette and croissants!
