This luxurious villa is convenient for 10 persons and is situated in a very quiet area just outside the typical Provencal town of La Motte in the Var.

Upstairs you find 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom. On the main floor there are 1 bedroom with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a large bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and the large living room give direct access to the large shady terrace with BBQ. From there you have a beautiful view and also view on the pool and the garden. In front of the villa there is a large parking where several cars can be parked in the shade. There is also a large garage.

La Motte is situated a half hour from the beaches (Fréjus), 40 km from Saint Tropez, 40 km from the famous “Gorges de Verdon”. Italy is 80 km away.

In the villa you’ll find a television, hifi set and a playstation 2.

In the some bigger town of Draguignan (10min) you’ll find several big supermarkets, cinemas and many nice restaurants. The beautiful golf course of “Saint Andreol” is just 3 km away.
