Charming house in Luberon
Holiday rental in Provence, in the heart of Luberon, 5km from the village of Roussillon, open outlook on the "Mont du Lubéron".
Beautiful stone house in a private pine forest, 10 persons, 210 m², 7 rooms plus standalone studio flat, 4 bedrooms, swimming pool with open outlook, playground for volley/badminton/"pétanque".
Ideal for two families with kids plus grandparents or for three couples. No pets, sorry.
The house: two large bedrooms with double bed and bathroom and toilet; one very large bedroom with four single beds and shower and toilet; large lounge combined with dining-room; fully equiped kitchen (fridge, freezer, owen, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, etc.); small office room; family room with video and cd player.
Independent studio flat: 30 m², double bed with shower & toilet.
Outdoors: 8x4 m salt water-pool (i.e. no chlorine) secured with alarm and cover; playground for volley/badminton/"pétanque", terraces, private pine forest, bordering wooded hills for walks and running.
Services: linen and towels provided, intermediary and end of stay cleaning, pool weekly maintained, deckchairs, BBQ, net for volleyball and badminton.
