The living area is made up of a lounge-diner and open plan kitchen, with 2 patios (1 covered) for dining outside (BBQ), plus a small conservatory and utilities room. As the house is the owners' home for most of the year, it is very well-equipped with TV, (DVD, VHS,CD players), wi-fi internet access, and everything that's necessary in the kitchen.

The grounds are extensive and planted with trees and bushes. There's a grassy area next to the large pool (11m x 4.5m), a poolhouse offering shade and the opportunity to dine by the poolside and loungers for sunbathing.
