Built in 1975, the house is large with two levels. Downstairs the hall leads to a big living room with a fireplace, next to a dining room opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is brand new and fully equiped. There is a double bedroom with terrace, ensuite bathroom and toilet, next to a bedroom with twin beds and a cot. Upstairs there are two bathrooms with toilet, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and a double bedroom with terrace. Each room comes with its own closet or drawers. The area around the house is not fenced : trees and a vineyard on one side mark the border of the property. A large lawn goes from the house to the pool. The pool is fenced with a locked wood gate. The vegetation is mainly made of green oak trees, pine trees, cades trees, rose bushes, and wild grass. Wide woody area around for kids to explore. Many paths in the hills are safe for walking or biking.
