La Petite Fleur is located on the Route St. Antonin du Var, approximately 2km from the historic town of Lorgues.

The 1970's single-storey villa has been completely refurbished and updated.  

The family area: Open-plan kitchen comprising American fridge-freezer with water and icemaker; cooker and hob; microwave; dishwasher; Belfast double sink; breakfast counter; stereo with iPod, tuner, CD player.
The lounge area has two couches in cream leather, an easy chair, coffee table, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, DVD, X-Box.  Two sets of original french doors lead onto the west-facing terrace with pergola.  
The dining area features a provençal-style dining table with matching chairs.  A utility area with washing machine, a small office with broadband, and a separate toilet complete this part of the villa.  The family area stretches to over 50 square metres/525 square feet. 
The bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, one double-bed room with french door opening onto the terrace, and one twin-bed room, with a full bathroom between them.  The master bedroom is simply stunning.  It is completely self-contained, with queen-sized bed, ultra modern en suite, dressingroom with fitted wardrobe, and double French doors opening on to a breakfast patio – morning coffee and croissants! 
Outdoor Dining:  There is an arched terrace, paved in traditional provençale tiles.  Under the pergola is a typical 8-seater ceramic-topped table in wrought-iron with matching chairs.  A gas barbeque is provided.  Table-tennis or boules can be played on the nearby gravel area.
The Gardens extend to over 4000 square metres, and completely surround the villa.  There are mulberry, fig and olive trees, subtly lit by night, and lots of lavender beds.
The swimming pool is 5x10 metres, with a paddling area at one end, sloping to 2.5 metres at the deep end.  It is set in a secluded area, separate from the house.  Swimming and sunbathing may be your thing, but you can also be alone in the abri, have a read, a beer or a snooze.  The newly installed filtration system is salt-based, rather than chlorine, with ph monitor, and there is a security alarm. 
Petite Fleur is a thoroughly modernised, secluded villa, situated by the tiny hamlet of Les Salettes, within five minutes drive of the historic town of Lorgues (Var); another ten minutes to the A8 autoroute, leading to – well, the most famous coastline in the world!
