Shouson Villa is situated on the Hills of Sainte Maxime.

It has  3 bedrooms, sitting and dining room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen giving onto the terrace,  and a terrace with a view of the hills and the sea. It also has a garden and a swimming pool.Parking is available.

The villa itself offers comfortable living, it has beautiful  antique   and modern furniture too, a nice blend of both gives it a taste  of comfi living.
 
The villa is 2 km away from the heart of town, but easily accessible from the Route du Débarquement.

The main beach from the villa is LA NARTELLE, a long strech of white sands dotted here and there by restaurants and water activitties. But like all beaches on the coast it gets busy in summer, ideal times are 8-9am then later in the afternoon from around 7pm, the beaches are calmer and the seawater temperature still nice for a  swim. In summer it gets dark around 9:30 to 10pm.

Facing St.Tropez is Sainte Maxime.
Sainte Maxime was, like all coastal towns a fishing village and has kept it's inner streets as typical as possible. It extends from sea level to the upper hills and is a bubbly town in summer with all sorts of activities for big and small. The museum located opposite the port, narrates its history. It has also recently opened a cultural centre too. Sainte Maxime is gifted with 150 restaurants of all types and sizes to suit all pockets and palate. The harbour offers ferries, excursions and various water activities and the main beach in the heart of town also offers various activities. Various competitions go on through the summer, such as beach volley, football, boules competitions and so on. There is a Casino where you can gamble big or small, but you need and ID to get in. Sainte Maxime is also gifted with a long stretch of white sandy beaches, some are private, some are public. "Chez Mario" one of the private beaches where you can hire 2sundecks the table for as little as 20euros, eat and drink and stay the whole day. This beach too is not far from Shouson Villa.
An 18 hole golf course awaits you on the hills with spectaular views or you can have game of tennis at the tennis club.
For those who like trekking, we are not far from magnificent walking sites with stunning views over an extensinve erea of the mountains and coastal towns and villages,.....and such peace!
Sainte Maxime historically is the wife saint of Saint Tropez and both are meant to protect the gulf and bays going across from here to there. The coast is dotted with magnificent villages, full of history if you are so inclined.Visit Grimaud and Gassin named the most exquisite and graciuos village of France. Otherwise just relax and enjoy Sainte Maxime which is a magic place.
