Only five minutes from the lazy market town of Draguignan and surrounded by lovely little villages and the many dozens of vineyards open for visits and tasting.

The nearest beaches are 25 kms. The spectacular Gorge de Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon) with its large fresh water lake is some 30 kms away offering a contrast to the coast, ideal for fishing and all fresh water activities, hiking and canoeing.
The above-ground, teak swimming pool (8 x 5 metres) is available for the renters but not exclusively. It has  detachable access making it safe for small children. There is a barbecue with plenty of shaded areas to relax in.

The appartment  which has just been refurbished, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining- living area that opens out onto a sunny terrace and garden area with deck chairs, terrace table and chairs. There is a fold-down bed in the living area.  The bedrooms are quite large and look out onto the pool. A double bed is in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.
The bathrooom has an enclosed shower resses washbasin and toilette.

The main house is occupied by an  English speaking caretaker available for home-catering, baby -sitting, on the spot in the advent of any problems.

We are located between Draguignan and a little hill village called Figanière on the Route de Grasse, the perfume capital. 25kms from the beaches of the Rivera, about 35 from Saint Tropez and Cannes. The foothills of the Alpes and the world famous Gorges de Verdon are about 40 mins away. Altrnative access is by the airport in Toulon (Hyres) 40 mins. or Marseille 1 and a half hours.
