Located between the medieval village of La Cadiere and the popular resort town of Bandol high on the Col de Pibanon, the house benefits from views accross the valley to La Cadiere and Le Castellet on one side and sea views on the other to the Bay of Sanary.

Local activities include the Fregate Golf course  some 3km from the house, tennis courts and sailing clubs in Bandol. Gokarting tracks and motor boat hire are allavailable nearby.
 
With a large pool in  front of a stone terrace and wooden deck beyond the house is orientated to the South and enjoys sunshine throughout the day.

There are 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and the 2 "childrens" bedrooms equipped with two single beds. The children's bedrooms also have  mezzanine sleeping decks - giving accomodation for a further 2 sleeping.
