The villa is set in its own extensive grounds and is surrounded by woodland, vineyards and olive groves. It borders the pretty hamlet of Matourne while the lively traditional Provencal village of Flayosc is but a few minutes’ drive away. The accommodation comprises a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room, a second double and an annexe off the living room with bunk beds. There is also large (16m2) twin-bedded chalet in the garden. The living area is open plan and comfortable with satellite TV and DVD. There is a large covered south-facing terrace adjacent to the kitchen providing an ideal place to eat. There is also a purpose built barbecue, a boules court, table tennis table and of course the swimming pool (4m x 8m and chlorine-free) where you can sunbathe or just relax in a shady spot under the surrounding oaks.
