The prices vary from 995 to 2100 euros per week depending on the season. Short stays with a minimum of three nights are possible outside the main season, with no fixed day of arrival. During the peak season there is a minimum stay of a week, with the changeover day being Saturday. After departure a surcharge of 150 euro is levied for linen and cleaning. A guarantee fee is levied of 250 euro. This will be returned after inspection. You are requested to pay 10% after acceptance and the remainder ten weeks before you enter the house. 20% Discount!
